The daily average was 19% lower than the average cases per day from a week earlier, the Department of Health (DoH) said in a bulletin on Monday.
Of the new cases, three were severe and critical, it added.
DoH said 74 new deaths were “verified” in the past week, four of which occurred from Feb. 6 to 19.
It said 311 of 2,086 intensive care unit (ICU) beds had been used as of Feb. 19, while 3,202 of 17,045 non-ICU beds were occupied.
